I Worked in various church positions in Africa between 1972-1988.
The last 30 years in the USA I have been in undergrad, graduate, and post graduate studies.
I have also done research, mentoring troubled youth with Wake County Mental Health, and running several successful businesses.
I am a designated marriage counselor in my church for many years and enjoyed helping people in disputes on a voluntary basis.
Along with seven pastors I mediated ethnic conflict that erupted in a church in Africa which threatened national stability. We still do mediation as needed.
My Theological studies and pastoral counseling courses have been of great help.
I am a social person and comfortable facilitating negotiations so parties can reach mutually acceptable solution to their conflicts.
My goal is to create an environment that will assist disputing parties to safely and respectfully express their needs and frustrations and through sympathetic listening reach a win-win conclusion. My desired higher goal is to restore relationships wherever relevant.
